Churches United was formed in 1987 by a group of eleven local faith groups out of the old Bethesda Lutheran Church. The number of supporting faith communities has grown to over 100 these last 35 years. Churches United is now comprised of four locations across Moorhead community with one shelter, food pantry, and two permanent supportive housing complexes.
